Heart-wrenchingly beautiful
I purchased this book on a whim, and did not end up disappointed. The poems have been so intricately crafted, and they radiate a sort of poetic sadness - meant to uplift one’s soul. It’s a PERFECT read, especially when one feels lost or empty within. One of my favourite poems in the book is Wildfires. Kudos to the author for writing such beautifully thought out and emotion-evoking poems.I look forward to the future works from this author.

Of vulnerability and endurance
Fernweh was what I needed during this tough time that I am going through right now. This poetry collection is all about fragility and vulnerability, but also strength and celebration. Recommended!

I was feeling overwhelmed from the past few days, and it made my mind so calm.
Fernweh hit me hard. The poems in this collection don't shy away from the messy, complicated emotions we all feel—love, pain, hope, loss. They’re raw and real, like the poet ripped open their heart and poured it onto the page. Some of the lines made me stop and just sit with my feelings. If you want poetry that doesn’t sugarcoat the truth, that makes you feel seen, this is the one.
