This does not come vacuum packed (thankfully), our daughter absolutely adores this doll and has spent so much time playing with it, taking the doll on her little stroller. Lots of quality team, the doll itself looks good enough, the hat can be removed, and other accessories can be removed as well.

So you can see that it's a squashed up dolly inside. It's cheap packaging and to be honest this dolly deserves better as it is really lovely - very cute looking and made from soft material, making it very 'cuddle-worthy'.I suspect most people will view this as a potential gift, so the packaging definitely lefts it down. In fact, I'd suggest removing it completely from the supplied packaging and re-wrapping it in nice paper if you are gifting it.A shame really - a colourful cardboard presentation box wouldn't add much to production costs and would be more environmentally friendly too.Still a lovely doll.- - - - - - - - - -Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge. This is a very cute doll, nice and soft, and very pretty. The quality is good overall, with only a couple of loose threads on the dress, and any doll-loving child would enjoy this.I've knocked two stars off for a couple of reasons. First, it comes squished up in a plastic bag, and takes a while to snap back into a proper shape. This does mean that the dress is quite crumpled, which is a shame. Second, the dress isn't long enough for the doll, and kept falling down. I had to put a few stitches into it to keep it attached to the jacket. The hat comes off, but not easily, and the hair can be unplaited if you want.I would also note that the product pictures are not at all accurate when it comes to the size of the doll. The doll I got is much smaller. Still very nice to cuddle with, but maybe 2/3rds the size of what the product pictures imply

You do not get as many rag dolls now as when I was a child, so it is nice to see a dolly. This version from Hlywei cannot be described as a rag doll as it is far too nice for that. This is a well made and rather smart doll that comes in a see through packet, but not vacuum. You will still want to take it out and air it, if you plan to gift, but at least you do not have to wait a couple of days for the shape to come back.The doll is well stitched, solid, but still soft. The accessories can be removed and added again, which is a nice touch. The items are fitted enough that they are not falling off all the time, even the hat. It is a well made and simple dolly, if you can get it for the right price it would make a nice toy for a child who likes to play with dolls.
