FunkoPOP! Movies: The Princess Bride - Buttercup

Princess bride is one of my all time favorite movies so when I saw this buttercup I just had the have her. She’s perfect. Great movie likeness. Funko has it down.

I have quite a collection of Funko Pop figures. I love The Princess Bride (it's one of my favorite movies) so I needed this in my collection.

I don't buy many pop figs but, my wife is a huge princess bride fan. So I I had to get it for her. Came in a box protector, keeping it in perfect condition.

The item arrived quickly and looks great. I have also picked up Westley and Inigo. I've been on a nostalgia kick of late and adding these pops to my collection just made sense. Now to find Fezzick :-)

This is quite a sad story.This product arrive, with great happiness as it was in the "Must have" section of my besties shopping list. I opened the box and smiled wide, I couldn't wait to give this to my friend! She put it in her 'top 3 wanted for Christmas' and I was going to give it to her. Not sure why it was in her top 3, because she has only seen the movie once and I've never heard her talking about it. Come to think of it, she's never actually mentioned Funko in her life either. Not sure why she didn't just want a DVD since she's only seen it once. Or maybe a funko of something she has seen more than once, for example a disney animated character. Oh! Like Winnie the pooh. He is so adorable. My heart melts when he talks. In the "Christopher Robbin" movie when Winner the pooh is in the woods with Christopher, and he disappears after they argue, I cried so much. Poor pooh bear.Anyway!So, after admiring it and by the way, I kept it in the book at all times! Never took the doll out. I placed the original funko box back into the packaging box it came in. Then I placed it in another box. It was this moment, I realised I stank and needed a shower. So I went to shower. I was in the shower for 2 minutes before hearing someone shouting "Did you get your dog a new toy?" I instantly felt my stomach drop. I finished showering and came out, to see he had got the doll and chewed it's head beyond repair with a huge hole in it. My whole heart broke, I was angry. Couldn't even talk to my dog for the next hour. This isn't what he normally does! He never takes things unless given to him. He was a very naughty boy, however his wagging tail showed how proud he was with his action.So after all this, the toy was ruined and it wasn't even in the house for 20 minutes. I'm giving 5* because there was no fault in those glorious 20 minutes. This pandemic we are in and being mentally unable to work, has made it so I can't afford to replace this toy. I'm hoping I'll be able to save enough to hopefully get a replacement, so my friend can have the perfect Christmas that she deserves!

El pedido llegó a tiempo y la caja en perfecto estado envuelto en papel burbuja. El pop en sí tiene una excelente pintura, es sencilla pero muy bonita, la recomiendo si eres fan de este personaje.
