I extremely liked the product. I have not seen these decent cartoons in decades. I grew up with these cartoons. Glad O gound them.

My daughter said the dvd works so if she is happy with it then that is all that really matters but the dvd case cracked.

This DVD, contrary to its description, contains no "Heckle & Jeckle" cartoons. It contains only the very old precursor to the later real Heckle and Jeckel cartoons, called "The Talking Magpies." Although this is of some historical interest and has one short funny part, it is no substitute for the real Heckle and Jeckle cartoons of ten or fifteen years later.This DVD is not worth the price of shipment.

This collection is fun, ugraphically violent, but brutal enough that animators for todays kid's cartoons wouldn't dare attempt ventures such as these. Not only because these toons are too UN-PC for this watered down, wimp generation, but also because this vintage animation required hard work and long hours that have since been delegated to a mouse and a computer program. Hey, America, if you want to create something awesome, get some dirt on your shoes and pain in your hands. (and order this DVD on your trusy computer in the comfort of your own dysfunctional home, he he hah.
