A must for tall/heavy peeps...
First of all I spent weeks looking through reviews and videos of gaming chairs. My budget was pretty much unlimited but I wanted value for my money nonetheless. I decided on this chair and could not be happier. It arrived at my doorstep carefully packaged. No parts were missing...not even the gloves. It took me about 20 minutes to build it by myself and would have taken a lot less if I would have remembered that I own a drill...Now about the chair. First of all It looks sweet. The head pillow has nice branding but there is no branding on the actual chair nor the lumbar pillow. I am 6' 5" 290 pounds and the chair fits me perfectly. I can sit with my knees apart and the back of my head hitting the headrest. Something I am definitely not used to with normal chairs. The armrest move back and forth and and you can fhange the angle on the horizontal which is very nice for my gaming style. The memory foam in the cusions are very supportive and the pleather feels nice and not cheap. All in all very comfortable and very supportive whether I'm sitting straight up or leaning back. The chair says it supports up to 440 lbs and I never ever feel like I am putting any kind of strain on it. The hydraulic mechanism works smoothly and flawlessly. I spent half of what I might have spent on a Vertagear (another big and tall brand) and could not be more pleased with my choice.

Almost guys, almost.
I ordered the chair since I am a big man of 380lbs and can easily say it’s made out great quality. It is made out of a really nice leather and the memory foam is also super soft, A+ material! It took overall about an hour to assembly and had almost all of the parts with easy to follow instructions. Notice I said “almost” all of the parts, it’s actually missing the levers that allow to chair to lock in place and raise/lower. I have contacted the company via email and hope to have replacement parts soon. I will update if provided, otherwise I may have to return and look elsewhere.Overall if they check their products before shipping, I’d say a definite keeper.Update 7/13/2018: So I messaged out to the seller on 7/11/2018, they shipped out my levers on the 12th and I have received them today! Perfect match and all. They responded surprisingly fast and asked many questions to make sure I was getting EXACTLY what I needed and it came in super fast! Would recommend this chair and seller!

Yes! Big, tall, solid, stable, easy to put together!
I just bought two of these to replace some decrepit office chairs. I am a gamer, teach online courses, and am a writer, so I spend ludicrous amounts of time at my desk. I wanted comfort, and this chair really is wonderfully stable, comfortable, and customizable. I love that it rocks and reclines easily. It feels like an amalgam of office chair (firmness) and quality living room rocker (function/shape).I'm also 340 pounds and 5'9", so I needed a heavy duty chair. I am an hourglass even at my weight, so my hips are about 65" around. This makes most chairs with arms a challenge. Listen, the arms of this chair don't press on me at all. Without the cushion, I don't love the way the sides press on me -- it isn't small, just not shaped like me -- but the cushion corrects it. I like it with the big end up to accommodate my big bottom and the small of my back better. My spouse doesn't like lumbar or cervical supports ever and has predictably removed his, and now likes the fit.The only problem for me is that I really am not tall enough for a perfect fit. The headrest feels better tucked behind my neck and I need to pull it down to get it perfectly situated (easy to do! Just being real). And the seat itself is sufficiently elevated that I am going to want a footrest for long periods in the chair. As it is, I am resting my toes on the ground and popping my heels up. If you are tall or especially long-legged, this chair is perfectly built for you. (My brother was 6'9"; I am making an informed assessment.)One more nice thing -- the armrests are delightfully customizable and they fit under my desk. Hooray! One con: it will need time to offgas the unholy memory foam stink. It's nothing gross about this product specifically, just the way fresh memory foam reeks. Whoof.
