Personally I haven't tried BPC before, but figured why not?What caught my eye was the ingredient list – it's not just the BPC. You get 60 capsules in a bag, giving you 1 month of supply.This product is advertised as a food supplement and promotes many health benefits such as; nerve healing properties and pain reduction etc.I am in recovery from fibromyalgia so the health benefits advertised would definitely improve my overall health and lifestyle.Now is this product good value for money? Well if it lives up to its promise of health benefits then certainly yes it is to me.I will be updating my review in 30 days time with my personal experience of these capsules.So on face value I am so far impressed with this product and have no reason not to give it a 5 star rating.**This review is based on my own personal experience.

After a lot of research, I bit the bullet and tried these. Absolutely no difference was observed after a complete month's dose. I have a feeling the effectiveness is highly diminished if taken orally. These are expensive, so ignore this and try them yourself or save your money and move on.

Didn’t use these long enough to see any benefits so not sure if they work as they should. However, the one capsule I took dropped me out of ketosis and messed with my gut health. Also acted as a minor laxative. My gut is normally healthy and normal. I also had the same with Glutosamine Sulphate (alternative brand).

I really like these and I feel it makes a difference. After a long gym session you are hurting all over and this helps you recover and repair your muscles. It’s just two tablets a day. Simple and easy to take. It has other health benefits as helps with lower blood pressure and helps heal tissue and much much more. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I have re-started weight and HIIT training recently and as my age increases I’m finding recovery more and more challenging. Having read up about BPC 157 I thought I’d give this supplement a go, studies suggest that it can make a real difference to recovery and the additional ingredients are all familiar to me so it made sense that I should gain some benefit. I have been taking them now for. A couple of weeks and my training is going well - I don’t feel in as much pain level as I would expect after a training session and find that getting back to training the following day is less challenging as I have better energy levels, this may have something to do with my general eating habits but I am certainly not having any adverse effects to this supplement. The product looks to be good quality, the capsules are easy to swallow and there is no mistaking the bright red colour of them! The only reason for deducting a star is that they are expensive - almost £40 for 1 month supply is quite an investment for someone to make, but if you are serious and dedicated to training then it’s probably worth it.
