Skin quality improvement and a yummy treat !
Love the taste and noticed my skin looking better after I started taking these. Granted, that I take care of myself religiously and have added several new things to my routine around the same time, so I’m not 100% sure that it is solely because of those. Love the energy!
I saw NAD ads all over Tiktok....sooo I came to Amazon to check it out. Found these gummies to test and am happy to report I have definitely had good results with it. The only thing I had to change was when I ate/took them. I now know I have to space any supplements 4 hours or more after I take my thyroid medicine. I had been taking it after I ate breakfast, about an hour after the thyroid. It affected the absorption of my levothyroxine and my TSH shot up. Will be seeing if it makes any difference in 2 months. Now I take my thyroid by itself early in the morning, and my supplements in the evening at supper.
