Thin Hanging Wire
The hanging wire is made of 304 stainless steel with 49 steel wire that are durable and rust proof. This hanging wire has length of 30 meters and diameter of 1mm. The wire is thin and looks like fishing thread. As per product description, the wire is capable of hanging stuffs up to 35 lbs. Be honest, I only comfortable for using it to hang stuffs of 20 lbs with a single wire.As the wire is very thin, it is easy to be twisted and knotted on it. For safety reason, I would like to use double, triple or more wires to hang my pictures according to the size and weight of them.

It’s hanging in there…
Picture hanging wire only has one job. This stuff twists nicely on the ends to assure that it will stay attached, and the frames will stay on the wall. Plenty heavy enough for the size images I hang.

Very strong, worked well
This Toacar picture hanging wire works as intended. I had plentry of eye hooks but ran out of hanging wire. This served the purpose well- I’ve hung a 30” x 70” canvas and a much smaller framed picture as well.

Thinner than expected
The price is great for 100 feet of hanging wire but to be honest I was surprised how tin this was. It says it will hold 35 lbs but I think anything over 15 on this would make me nervous. I am a wood working and often make relief maps out of think plywood layers using a scroll saw. Depending on the size of them they can be 20 lbs or more. I often use picture hanging wire on these and got this for that purpose but to be honest, I think I will only use this on the lighter smaller ones as I wouldn't want to risk one falling off a wall and smashing on the ground. I didn't weight test this to the stated 35 lbs so it may very well hold that.
