Heavy Duty Couplers/Links
These are a nice set of 1/2 D-Coupler Links.- I assume these to be quality steel. They certainly have the heft and feel of it.- WLL and CE Rated and Stamped- Good fit and finish. The pin aligns well to the holes.- The fire-engine red color is bold and bright.- To secure the pin, you must pound the pin through the central collar/washer…which requires a hammer to insert, and a hammer and punch to remove, so securing the pin requires tools and is semi-permanent. Even the listing advises rounding the pins a little with a grinder beforehand and using grease to insert (which also adds to longevity/rust-prevention and bending...and pliability should you ever need to disassemble them).Bottom Line:Heavy duty couplers/links. Tools are required for installation and removal.

impressive hardware
These are a couple of substantial links intended for a very robust rigging. If these chain connectors cannot lift it, it doesn't need to be lifted as far as I am concerned. 12k pounds is a lot of heft. The pair are easy to install with basic tools, powder coated for visibility and corrosion resistance and make a great addition to a set of rigging. I recommend purchasing and use by qualified individuals.
