Different than smaller vest
The weighted insert is cloth, and therefore can not be wiped clean as the vinyl from the smaller sizes. And yet, you cannot wash it. What were they thinking on that? The vest, however, fits well, and looks good, unlikely to provoke teasing or stares from peers as other weighted vests.

He tells us that it feels like his mom's hug during the day
The weight insert comes out so that it can be wiped down and cleaned, and the vest itself can be laundered. Helps my nephew focus and stopped crying at school when he first arrived, at lunch and during difficult times in his second grade class, even when social work and going to a psychologist didn't help. His doctor wanted him on medication, but wearing the OTvest changed him! His mom tells me that he goes to sleep now, after wearing the OTvest in the evening, without a fuss. He was having difficulty with getting to sleep. He tells us that it feels like his mom's hug during the day.
