FORZA Slimming Konjac Fibre - Glucomannan - 90 Capsules

Ok so I ordered these, based on the fact that a certain popular (and expensive!) juice company lists this ingredient as the active ingredient in their 'booster' weight loss tablets, which seem to be quite popular. These tablets are obviously far cheaper, so I gave them a try. They seem to work by making you feel full, and need to be taken around 20 minutes before food. This sounds simple, but I often forgot. If you have a regular eating regime and are not forgetful, then these will probably work a treat. For me, I can definitely say they reduced my appetite when i remembered to take them, but you will still need that willpower as with all diets!

It really works.Hi so I have been using this product for three weeks and its been so useful and am really seeing the benefits. First week I lost 7lbs second week 6lbs. I've never lost almost a stone in two weeks its one of the best slimming products I've ever used before. I read a few reviews saying it causes odd side affects, I will tell you it is not true. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

avevo già usato il glucomannano ed è come di aspettavo: preso mezz'ora prima dei pasti riduce (solo un po') il senso di fame. Miracoli non ne fa, ma non me ne aspettavo. E' un piccolo aiuto se si sta a dieta

The product made not difference to my eating habits, didn't make me feel full. Just made me feel sick from drinking to large glasses of water one after the other with taking to capsules. I did open a capsule up and tip into water did nothing to the water. Had to contact amazon they were very helpful and gave me a refund on item.
