Mediocre Sound, Mediocre Build
I've now had these headphones for about 9 months, and I have to say I am disappointed, for a few reasons.Sound Quality: Meh. Nothing special. OK, I guess, but never do I have those moments where I say, "Wow, listen to that sound quality." Additionally, they don't sit in my ear that well, so to achieve their full, but limited potential, I need to hold them in my ears.Build Quality: First I lost a silicone bud (they don't stay on that well), which was a total pain to obtain anew, since their customer service was very slow. Then they sent me the wrong size, and then finally the right size. Now the cord, where it splits from a double wire to two individual wires, has worn out and the bare wires are exposed.I will continue using these until they wear out, but I look forward to getting a second chance to buying a nice, mid-price set of headphones.

Great IEM's...if you aren't moving
I have several types of headphones and IEM's. They range from inexpensive JVC's and Philips to Shure and Sennheiser for IEM's and have Sennheiser and Denon headphones, including one pair of noise canceling of each type. Compared to my other IEM's, these have a warm, balanced sound. They are not as efficient as the Sennheisers but they sound a little more equal across the sound spectrum.I also find these to be very comfortable for a longer period of time. I have not had any issues with the tips slipping off but I did take several passes thru all the sizes before I found the ones I like the best. I usually require a smaller size but these fit better with the larger tips and I did not push them in as far as others to get a nice seal and correct tone.My only complaint about these is the cord-thump. It is far more severe than any other set of headphones I have ever used. Even sitting at my desk, I can hear them bouncing against my chest if I change positions or lean back. I am not sure what is causing this but these are not a good choice if you are active while you use them. For the price, they are excellent IEM's and i have been pleased with them...as long as I stay in one place.

Best sounding for price point - but broke after year of regular use.
I've bought 5 or 6 earbuds in this price range, and woodees blows them all away with sound quality. I've used these daily in the office for almost a year and have been very satisfied. Until today, that is. Today one earbud (right side) went completely dead. I suspect a wiring connection broke loose inside the earbud. The design flaw is obvious - the wiring boot on the earbuds is not attached to the wire jacket going into the bud at all. It appears that any tension that is put on the wire is bore by the connections inside the bud directly. Only a matter of time before one of the connections wore loose. To sum up...these ear buds will provide great sound until they break!

Great headphones - glad I bought these and not something more expensive
I definitely tried some more expensive headphones, such as these: Etymotic Research ER6i Isolator In-Ear Earphones (White) , which were complete junk compared to these Woodee's. The Woodee's have a nice bass tone that scales well with the volume. So if you have them turned down low the bass is subtle, but when I turn them up you definitely feel more of a punch. Mind you these aren't for bass heads and I doubt they compare to the Ultimate Ears SuperFi 5 Extended Bass Noise Isolating Earphones (Black) when it comes to bass. But at the price, these are excellent and rival $100 pairs of head phones. In addition, if these break I don't feel bad going out and grabbing another pair. As for fit - these seem to seal really easily in the ear. They come with different sized ear fittings, but the ones on them fit me right from the get go. The design of the ear buds is comfortable and I wear these most of the day. Overall great headphones and I recommend them for the casual to intermediate users. Audiophiles need not apply - stick to your $200 headphone sand caviar... :-)

Very cute but not that smart
My experience was pretty close to identical to Cesar's. One of the buds began "crackling" like crazy on the treadmill last night, 11-2/3 months after I got this pair, and the sleeve covering the jack wasn't sealed and would just slide off. The sound was good--better bass than iPod buds, for sure--but I had to adjust them almost constantly to keep them from coming loose while running. I just ordered "Mpow® Swift Bluetooth 4.0 Wireless Stereo Sweatproof Jogger, Running, Sport Headphones Earbuds Earphone with AptX,Mic Hands-free Calling for iphon Sold by: Patozon $29.99" and I'll see how those do.

I was intrigued...
I heard so many good things about wooden ear buds. I own Bose over ear, Monster in ear and Shure in ear already. So I thought I would give these a try. I agree that the quality/resonation of the sound via wood is very pure and warm. However, I simply cannot get these things to seat far enough into my ear to block out any outside noise. Now, for 30 odd dollars I won't complain because I just leave them by my bed, but if I had paid more I would be upset. Anyway, I think they are ok.
