Great product
The first day I took this my energy stayed very consistent. I also got a much better sleep than I have in a long time, which considering I always sleep like complete crap during the 3rd-4th week of my cycle, makes that even more amazing. Really looking forward to seeing more positive effects.

Best brand I have tried for the $$ with three forms of B3.
So far I definitely feel extra energy and I have taken different brands. This one wins my reorder. No lows in the middle of the afternoon. I like this product because it has both NMNH and NR together because research is still mixed on which one is more effective. Not only that, it has Nicotinamide which is regularl B3. How can you lose? It is GMP certified, but even if it did have less than stated, it’s still a positive all around.

Surprised this worked so well, but I'm 50.
What a surprising great product you can feel the difference. Of course I'm 50 and active so I would see affects more than a younger person but it is great. More energy and better mood.
