Good insulated sleep sack
I like this sleep sack for winter wear. It’s a bit thicker and warmer which is good for winter months. Cute design and very soft material.

We love this sleep sac
I have had every version of this sleep sac from newborn to 12-18. My little girl sleeps in it every night and she and I love it. It’s so soft to the touch and warm without being too thick.

Velboa is so SOFT!
I love these HALO Sleepsacks. I've been using them since my son was born. He's 16 months now and won't keep a blanket on still. His room is the coldest in the house, so I do like for him to sleep with something in addition to his jammies. These are perfect! I love that his arms are free and he can move them well and move about the crib as he wishes. I prefer this version to the ones with feet because his little toes get cold even with socks on. These seem to make him feel very cozy. I doubt he'll be using them much longer (I'm assuming by next winter he'll be keeping a blanket on), but I love how plush and warm the velboa is. It says on the website that the velboa is warmer (for colder temps) than the fleece, however, my son sweats SO MUCH in the fleece versions and sleeps comfortably in the velboa without sweating so much. I think it's a more breathable fabric despite what the website says. Still, great product and fantastic option for parents wanting the warmth of a blanket without the SIDS risk.

Love it!
This is our second sleep sack, had the smaller one with swaddle panels which was amazing and truly helped so much. I did jump a size because she is long and felt like she’d outgrow the 6-12 months within a month, and I am glad I did. While it’s a little long it still fits safely and keeps her warm at night.

Super soft, easy to zip
Great quality, easy to zip (starts at the neck and you zip down), very soft. I’ve washed and dried it on normal cycles without issue.

Soft and better sleep!
My goodness is this thing soft!!! We had a regular halo fleece and it worked amazing. Our daughter grew out of it but needs something to keep her warm in our cold winters. We decided to give this sack a try in L. So much room for her to move, it has 2 layers and it is SOFT SOFT SOFT! It has also improved her sleep, she's been sleeping over 12 hours and we don't even hear from her once. I love it annnnd I kinda wish I could sleep in one!

Great for cooler weather, zipper can "tuck in" a bit
This is the best sleep sack I've found for cooler weather! The TOG is 1.5 so it's not for extremely cold weather, we kept the heat on 68-70, but I didn't have to worry about baby over heating. We used it with a long sleeve onesie. The zipper can tuck in to the siding around it to hide it from the baby (something that the other Halo versions doesn't have- the siding around those isn't sturdy enough to allow for it). Also, the zipper on all Halos (including this one) doesn't have a hole so it can't catch baby's tooth if they happen to get it in their mouths. The inside (and outside) of the sleepsack is very comfortable.

The zipper is the wrong way
Super soft, plenty comfortable for my baby, but the zipper starts at the top… it feels backwards! When i lay my sleeping baby down in the sleepsack, i’m fumbling in the dark to start the zipper at the top by her neck. Its not nearly as easy as every other sleep sack i’ve had that zips from the bottom.
