This pan has really been put through the mill, and has come out with flying colours.Used on a ceramic hob over 18 months, and after 250+ fry-ups I can say it's almost as good as new.Almost?Well, there was that one time I left it on a hot hob (setting 7 out of 9) for 35 minutes while I was on the phone..... oh dear. Confronted with a smoke-filled kitchen and a yuck-welded pan, I almost wept, convinced I'd trashed my heavyweight champion frier.But no, after we had both cooled down I tried cleaning it as usual, more in hope than expectation - brush, warm water, detergent - and the only damage seemed to be a slight darkening of the base on both sides. Amazingly, the base was still flat and the next fry-up was yet another non-stick triumph.The champ lives on.PS the base is steel so it's induction compatible

AVOID - NON-STICK SURFACE FAILED AFTER 2 YEARS!
AVOID, AVOID, AVOIDEaziglide rejected their 'warranty' when the non-stick surface came off a pan after only two years of regular use. A photo of the surface was sent to them and they rejected it out of hand saying it had been used on an induction hob and must have got too hot - I dare say that's mentioned in the small print of their 'warranty' but this pan was used in a very normal way - so I would warn you against buying this product or any other with this surface from them

Easily the best pan I have ever owned
Nothing sticks, you need little to no oil, easy to wash up, distributes heat evenly, lovely to handle, sturdy.It may cost a little more than the average pan but oh my word is it worth it- for every penny saved on oil, as well as every achey shoulder saved from scrubbing.Love this damn pan, and that is NOT a sentence I ever thought I'd be writing on here!If I ever break up with my partner he can have everything else in our house, but this is coming with me.
