Works well with mirrorball
First time I turned it on I was wowed. Compared to the party lights that say they simulate a disco, the real thing of a pinspot and mirrorball is significantly better. This is used in a home setting in a large space that can be darkened so I have not noticed any lack of brightness.With a 12" ball the light works best around 6' - 7' away. Coverage across the room is better than expected. I do not use DMX, and am happy with the value of the light.There are several reasons why I give it 4 stars. (1) The placement of the cord coming out of the light housing makes it hard for the light to stand on its own with the built-in stand (2) even though the light has a 3-prong plug the ground wire in the cord is not used; inside the light the ground is clipped way back and only the hot and neutral are connected so this gives a false sense of safety as well as a much bulkier cord and plug than necessary.I highly recommend this light.

It's NOT a RGBW LED fixture but still a nice little light.
First off, this is NOT an RGBW LED fixture.It's a RGB fixture. It does not have a white LED chip in it.Yes, it still produces white via the RGB LEDs but it's deceptive.It's not very bright but for the price, it's a nice little light.Fan is noisy so take that into consideration.

Not bright enough, it can't possibly be 10w LED. With RGB and W on, it's not impressive at all. Neat idea, badly implemented.

Did not stay mounted on the wall
I tried to mount this properly on my wall and it did not stay up. it was top heavy and ripped right out of the wall.

It is bright but I was looking for a light that was more focused for a mirror ball. Sad it doesn't, but works good.

I really think this product is very low quality. Out of the box look OK , soon as you start You will realize it doesn't work even close of what you expect.
