Disappointment
Generally these products do not disappoint - I am unhappy to report that I found this product to be very frustrating to use during a migraine. It would NOT STAY IN PLACE -A POSITIVE take away... use the silky side to place on your face

Not as advertised
No aromatherapy at all. I choose this one specially for the ability to heat and for aromatherapy. I am allergic to lavender and ALL of the other bands that can be heated have lavender. Also the gel part is smaller than I expected. It can be heated though the packing makes it appear to only cool the tag on the band gives heating instructions. Disappointed.
