This is a lovely change to the boring common chrome plugs. The square shape was also very nice and very different. If you like things a bit different and more unusual like me, then you’ll like these. Sit very neatly in a rectangular shaped sink. Gives it a really nice modern look. I also prefer the white ceramic colour too as I live in Dorset which is a very high limescale area. You don’t notice the white grubby limescale build up on these as they’re white, so this is brilliant. Chrome ones always look grubby very quickly. I’d always get white in the future. Fits nicely. Holds water in sink perfectly and a nice smooth pop up mechanism on a touch. Highly recommended

A product only as reliable as its weakest part
Product advertised as "Long Lasting Durable". Parts were all fitted approx. 5 months ago and now entire product rendered useless after crack in weakest area.Within the chrome body that fits inside your sink is a flimsy metal ring within which the plug is screwed in to (this metal ring is not shown in any of the pictures of the product). The ring has both detached from the chrome body and cracked in two places. When I fished it out, the ring was extremely brittle, not sure what material it is made out of.This is extremely frustrating, as one area of corner cutting manufacturing now means I need to pay for a plumber visit and an altogether new solution - almost 8 x the cost of buying this initial product!
