Good for adults with small ear holes
Worked well for me (adult woman)! I have tiny ear holes and regular earplugs don't fit as well. These worked well at a very loud show in a small venue.

Good volume reduction but poor audio-fidelity for kids or adults with smaller ears.
I go out to listen to (and dance to) live music a LOT—on average twice per week and so I want earplugs that reduce the volume while preserving sound quality. I’m a 5’6”, medium build man with normal to smaller ears. Bands love to play at hearing-damaging volume, so I always wear reusable music-listening earplugs to protect my hearing. Foam earplugs muddy the audio fidelity by over-attenuating the midrange and especially the high frequencies, so I don’t wear them. I have a pair of Hearprotek adult earplugs that barely fit into my ears (and sometimes fall out) but which have the best audio fidelity of any earplugs that I’ve owned (including name-brands like EarPeace), so I thought I’d try this 2-pack of Hearprotek earplugs for kids (because I like to keep sets of earplugs in each of my cars and in my e-scooter bag so that I don’t forget to bring them to shows). These Hearprotek kids earplugs fit me pretty well (albeit a bit deeply). Unfortunately, they have poor audio fidelity—almost as bad as foam earplugs. I guess Hearprotek figures that kids aren’t going to complain about audio fidelity. The filter-insert does not seem to be sophisticated like the filters on my adult Hearprotek earplugs. (It seems like it’s just a cylinder with a small hole.)To provide a frame of reference, in one of my photos I juxtaposed these kids’ Hearprotek earplugs with a Beceln adult earplug (left with black filter insert) and an EarPeace adult earplug (right, with a red filter insert). As you can see in my photos, these earplugs fit my ears fit pretty well (though a bit deeply). When inserted, they are comfortable and snug. The tabs make them easy to remove.I did side-by-side testing at my house with my high-fidelity loudspeakers blaring my benchmark song (Alanis Morisette’s “All I Really Want”) because that song has a wide frequency-range, including a very-high-frequency cymbal that taps 4-beats per minute (that many cheaper speakers can’t reproduce). My adult-sized Hearprotek earplugs (and my adult-sized Becheln earplugs) can pass through the high-frequency cymbal. My adult-sized EarPeace earplugs can pass through the high-cymbals but with significant attenuation. These kids’ Hearprotek earplugs make the high cymbals completely inaudible—just like foam earplugs. The case that comes with these earplugs is OK but difficult to open without spilling at least one earplug. A screw-shut cylinder would have been a much better case, but such a case would be costlier. At $9.99 for 2-pairs at the time of this review, these earplugs are very affordable. If you just want volume-reduction for smaller ears (probably to protect your kids) and you don’t care about audio fidelity (perhaps when being around power tools or noisy places) these earplugs fit smaller-ears nicely and do a good job at volume reduction. (The 23dB attenuation rating seems about right to me.) But they are advertised as being “High Fidelity Concert Ear Plugs”. They most definitely are not high-fidelity. If the listing didn’t make a claim about being high-fidelity, I’d probably give them 5-stars. But I got them because they claimed to be high-fidelity, and they are not, so I’m giving them 3-stars for affordability. Otherwise, I’d give them 2-stars.

Kids
These work well and fit well in kids/teen ears. Wore to a concert and provided decent noise dampening while still keeping the music enjoyable.
