ugh... it worked wonderful, until it didn't
I liked at first but now the keyboard has serious lag. When it does work I end up with multiple characters. I had to resort to using my onscreen keyboard just to write this. Before you ask, yes, I changed the batteries. I really wish I had bought a different brand.Old review:It is exactly what I wanted. The keyboard and mouse are very simple but still perfect for the gaming I do as well as typing, browsing etc. It was a good price and bonus I only need to use one USB port for the receiver for both the mouse and keyboard.

Good keyboard and mouse for non-gamers.
Why did I point out it's good for NON-gamers? I'll give examples of why I returned this despite it working fairly well, I use Shift as a modifier key in many games (World of Warcraft being the main one) and so I'll have keybinds of Shift+Mouse4 for instance, this combo was incapable of accepting multiple inputs like that so some of my hotkeys wouldn't work. There's also the very strange layout of the enter key, it was quite hard to get used to.If you want this for every day casual use? It's actually pretty good. If you need it for gaming though I'd give it a pass, as holding Right Mouse to aim where I was running also stopped me from being able to use keys on keyboard.

Absolutely the WORST wireless combo EVER!
FYI: If it takes the user more than 5 seconds to hook up a wireless keyboard and mouse, then the company has done something terribly wrong. Firstly, for some stupid reason, they "hide" the USB receiver in the mouse. And it's not just placed loosely inside the compartment. I can't even describe it accurately, but I'll try. The USB receiver is "installed" inside a special compartment shaped like the female end of a USB port, I assume. The user has to somehow get it out of there. Does it pull up? Does it pull out? And if you have big fingers, forget it! Next...after all that, the wireless combo doesn't work. So, I refer back to the instructions (like we should need "instructions" in the first place), and it says that if the combo doesn't work, try Method A) or Method B)...neither of which fixed the probelm BTW. After about 30-minutes or more of trying to get this ridiculous POS to work, I gave up. IT'S GOING BACK! THIS PRODUCT IS COMPLETELY USELESS AND DEFINITELY NOT USER-FRIENDLY! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible response, not worth the value
I bought this product in the hopes it would be a good value buy. I was SO wrong. For the value I paid it would have been better to spend a few more bucks and get a mouse/keyboard combo which actually works the way it should. These have terrible response time and some of the keys don't even respond unless you hit them two or three times. The mouse is even worse with the tracking and cursor response being totally inadequate. I only wish I still had the box so I could return this junk of a deal. I will not be buying this product line again and would not recommend this to anyone.

It's basic, but good
If you are in need of a basic keyboard and mouse, this is for you. I needed a keyboard and mouse to access my security PC. This is perfect for light use. However I recently attempted to use this for work and it was difficult to type on. The keyboard buttons on the right side by the enter button is different. I kept hitting the wrong keys during power typing. I found that the keys are slightly narrow compared to the standard keyboard I have become a custom to. In summary it's a good value for basic use, but for everyday use and typing, I don't recommend it.

Ok
Letters are holding up fine. I usually wear out several letters per month, meaning they just disappear. I don't like it - not having caps lock and insert lights like the old days. The on screen notification of rather the cap lock is on - thing doesn't work 95% of the time. I 55 wpm, look up and have typed in all caps because I didn't know the cap lock was on.

Its OK for the price but the key layout is bad
This keyboard is OK for the price. The worst complain I have is the keys layout. the enter key is way offset to the right and its hard to reach because its not a standard lay out. Many times I end up pressing the \ key trying to reach the enter key. It will not stand a 20" drop. I dropped it from my knees on to wood floor and it broke a whole piece from the bottom of the keyboard. It still work but just be warned.

Spend the extra couple of bucks for a decent mouse/keyboard combo.
Save yourself the inconvenience of having to return and buy a decent product. This arrived very quickly and the mouse seems, but this is the only pro unfortunately. I've only had this keyboard/mouse for a couple of hours and the keyboard does NOT work. It worked for a minute, but only when I pushed EXTREMELY hard. I'm sorry to say, you get what you pay for and this is an absolute POS. Cheaply made and doesn't work. Expectations weren't high to begin with, but for a basic keyboard/mouse, I say spend the extra couple of bucks for a decent product.
