This has worked for me.
I did not want to use hormones to help treat my menopausal symptoms. My doctor suggested various herbal supplients, I found several of them in Breeze. I am. Ow on my second bottle and noticed a marked difference on hot flashes and also concentration and mood half way through the first bottle. I take one pill in the morning with my women’s daily vitamin, I do. It tdkema second pill in the evening, I take an evening primrose capsule instead. I would highly recommend this product, it has made a difference in my symptoms. I will confuse to take it.

It works!
Works great. I'm a big septic but I was very happily surprised. I can now be with my family and not go into melt down. Also,I don't have the awful night sweats. Definitely recommend, and I could tell a difference almost immediately.

Migraines?
I took these for a week or so and had such horrible migraines that my husband was ready to take me to the ER. It might have been a coincidence, but one of the hormonal issues that caused me so much trouble in my menstrual years was migraines at the same basic time each month. I haven't taken this product for several days now and the headaches have subsided. I think it's important to note that tweaking anything hormonal is a risk and herbs can do just as much to alter these balances as prescription meds. It might be wise to check with you doctor before spending the money. I am very disappointed because I was hoping for some relief from nighttime hot flashes.

I have been taking them for 3 months and I did feel some relief but it stops as if I was not taking anything too bad.

No hot flashes!!!
I have only used this product for 2 weeks and I have to say it is working... I am blessed not to have hot flashes.. Very good product and I will most definitely purchase again...

It’s not working
It’s not working, I’ve been talking it for a week, still have hot flashes. How long is it supposed to take? So far, it’s useless.

These really work. I am SO glad that they are available. I couldn't find them for a while and tried a few other brands.

Helped Reduce Hot Flashes
I started taking these. Within a week I noticed a reduction in hot flashes. I also noticed that this works better when I take it with food during lunch or dinner time. Give the pills some hours to be absorbed into body. So by bed time around 11PM, I can sleep through the night. I had hot flashes 4 times a night. Now I wake up 1-2 times a night from hot flashes. It does not eliminate my hot flashes completely. But it did help me get more sleep than before.
