This seemed like a lot of blender but it really is great. The menu touch screen is a little weird as it acts more like a button than an iPhone. Once you understand the type of press it wants there is no problem, but took me a few minutes to figure it out. I thought it was broken at first. After making anything a quick rinse in the sink and running the clean function really does a good job.

Complicated. Touch pad doesn't work all the time. Hard to press to get to work. But it is quiet. Will be sending back

I just got it so I don’t have the best review buttt it’s a dream with the noise level, it’s practically dead silent! Even without the noise shield wow! I have a 200$ blender that’s sooo loud for me but my baby screams he’s terrified of it!! So I have to make my husband go outside with the baby in order to use it ! This thing omgggg it’s amazing!! I’ll update if I found something to hate lol

The directions for the blender are okay, not very informative but they will get you started. Then, only if the touch screen decides to work properly. Most of the time the buttons didn't work for me until I touched them 5 to 6 times. There is NO way to turn off the blender or pause it except by unplugging it....even just to add ice. Why the outside cover, it does nothing to dull the sound? I guess the blender heats but to what end I have no idea. I will be donating this blender to Goodwill, it really stinks!
