I have looking for something to stop my occasional erectile dysfunction and I used to by L-Arginine L-Ornithine when I was younger for working out and got great results. so I saw bestvite on amazon they had a great price and the quantity was great like 120 pills other companies were selling 60 pills and 100 pills for higher prices. so bestvite is the clear winner and they work. the best bang for your buck.

L Arginine and L Ornithine are a combination of amino acids that help produce nitrous oxide, which helps relax bloodvessels. This is useful for lowering blood pressure, making muscles etc. I recommend a book called Life Extension by Dirk Pearson and Sandy Shaw. Explains all about this.

First thing, this has no flavor, just an easy to swallow capsules. Love that I no longer have to take 2 capsules to obtain the 2 supplements as a part of my dietary intake.

I think not, still waiting for that "burst of energy" and it certainly did not help me go to sleep

The nights I forget to take this before bed I always wake up...but when I take it I stay asleep...better than any otc or prescription I have tried for sleep.
