Wonderful customer service! But not the best wiring in the product
We used our alarm for a few weeks until my son woke up telling me it had kept him up all night. I brushed it off. Told him it was a dream because we hadnt heard it and that was that. Untul later that night when we tried to put it on him again and it kept going off! We unplugged the sensor and it continued to go off randomly. So we put it away and messaged the company. Within a week of using this my sons rash had gone away. We know that he pees twice a night thanks to the alarm and have a general idea of what time he goes. He also isnt sleeping as heavily. He isnt a zombie when it wakes him up like he was when we tried to wake him. During the few days we didnt use the alarm due to malfunctioning he had two dry days on his own without it! That hadn't happened in almost a year! So we were super sad when we had to stop using it!I messaged them to let them know what was going on. They had me send a video just to verify and sent me a new one asap! VERY nice people and Wonderful customer service. They even messaged me personally to make sure so recieved it. This company is awesome and the alarm is great! Hoping this one holds up! Thank you so much!Update. One yr later. The second one that was sent malfunctioned as well after a few uses. My husband is good with electronics, so he opened them up and found that the wiring is very brittle and breaks easily. Not strong enough to withstand a child sleeping on them. While it did work in training my son within 2 months, we had the original and the replacement to work with while my husband kept redoing the wiring each time one broke again. Ive tried to use them on my daughter and the second night it just keeps going off. It is a great concept and absolutely works, but there needs to be better wiring. The size, sound and vibration of it is fantastic, the wiring is brittle and not meant to withstand a child rolling around in bed on it.

Did the Trick; Good Customer Service
I purchase this at the recommendation of a pediatric nurse practitioner. My third child is typically developing. However, nighttime dryness seemed to be a hurdle for her unconscious brain. My older two children were nighttime dry within 3-6 months of daytime potty training and by 36 months. However, it seems my youngest is a deeper sleeper and she needed help connecting her bodily sensations with waking up at the right time for nighttime dryness. She talked a good talk, "I'll be dry before Christmas" or "I'll be nighttime dry before I turn 4", but really did need help for her unconscious brain. Read all the product instructions; they are totally right about who is training and how much to 'help' kids. The first week she used the alarm it was loud enough and effective enough to wake her (her 8 year old sister who shares the room just rolled over and went back to sleep). She had dry success every other night. The second week, she had two 3 day success streaks with one wet night Wednesday. The third week, she had five days of dry success, with one wet night Friday.Unfortunately the alarm broke where the rubber sheath meets the alarm. The wires had bent during typical three year old sleep, and so they detached. Opening the case revealed the wires are soldered to a mini board. This was day 20. After contacting Cumizon directly with an explanation and photo of the problem, they promptly offered either a replacement product or refund. I chose the refund because the alarm has served the purpose and my daughter has been nighttime dry since day 17 with a 10 day streak as of this writing. If she were to go through a wet streak of more than 2 days in a week, I would consider buying this alarm again, because it was effective and had great customer service. My 3y10mo year old daughter liked it because 1) she could customize the sticker, 2) easily attach or unclip it from her own underwear, 3) feel confident about her own personal care.If you're considering whether or not this is the right time to try a nighttime wet alarm, go ahead and don't delay. In 30 days, there have only been 5 nights where clothing and bedding needed changing. As the adult, I can handle that. I wouldn't recommend doing this when your family is on a school break or summer break because the routine and bedtimes can be so different. If a child is fully rested and on a normal schedule, the learning will be easier.

Worked great, but stopped working after couple of weeks!!!
The actual monitor worked well and did just what it was intended to do. We have used it only for about couple of weeks and my son did not have accident since.Yesterday, I was wanting to use the monitor for my daughter and monitor does not work! We replaced batteries, but it still does not work. It was cleaned and taken care of well. I would expected that it would last longer.I would not purchase this brand again.

Not for heavy sleepers
If your child is a light to medium sleeper, this will probably work wonders. If your child is a heavy sleeper, you may want to reconsider...We got this alarm a few weeks ago. While the physical product did what it was meant to, there were two problems:1. The battery died in two weeks.2. Our son didn't wake up to the alarm in any capacity. In fact, the sound didn't even wake up our daughter who sleeps in the same (small) room.A friend swears by it, but for us, it's just a waste of money. Sad because we were so excited about it!
