Terrible audio quality
Even at max volume on my phone and the headset caller on other end can hardly here me

Great price for a great product
This earpiece is lightweight and comfortable. It also has a funnel like assembly to channel the sound into your ear canal without cutting out ambient sound altogetherWorks for days on a single charge

Low mic volume
The mic's volume is also too low and the recipient can not hear my voice loud enough. Very frustrating. The volume for listening is fine.

Not a good fit
Didn't fit my ear well so the part you speak into was not close to my face. Picked up a lot of background noise and I was to hard to hear

Lousy !!
I bought this because of the reviews. Wrong!!!It’s worthless . Ppl always have a problem hearing me , saying I sound muffled. It doesn’t display what percentage of power you have . It’s a waste of money!! Battery life is lousy also . It tell you when battery is extremely low, but no display!!

Very Quick to Pair with devices
Works great with good sound quality and with very fast pairing/connecting to devices. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't stay around the ear without constantly adjusting it.

The individuals can't hear me and I can barely hear them. Unfortunately, I'm beyond the ability to return this product, and will seek out a different product with a different company.
