I've typically liked this brand as they seem to use good ingredients and stick to vegan sources. As a woman in her 40s, taking care of my health has really become much more central to my day-to-day life, as is finding good supplements. I think these are a solid choice, but I have tried other brands that worked better for my body. On the positive side, I suffered no side effects or upset digestion as I have sometimes experienced. The price point is a little high in comparison to some other brands I have tried, but I would still put them in the running as a reliable probiotic option.

Unfortunately have had multiple empty capsules. Really like them so far but disappointed there’s been 4 empty capsules in 1 bottle so far

So many products on the market are generic for men and women. This Happy Healthy Hippie probiotic focuses on a women's specific biology including vaginal and gut health. Women focused products have really made a difference for me, personally. Women specific products just seem to work better for me , as a woman.I've been taking probiotics (10 strains) for about a year and can see the difference in my skin, focus, and overall health. The key to probiotics is consistency and also to ensure you are adding strains that matter. The thing that's been missing is my vaginal and urinary tract health as the flora there is as important as my gut health. Can't speak to the impact of these Happy Healthy Hippie probiotics yet as I just started to take this specific product and it usually takes a few weeks for me to see impact from supplements.The added cranberry and D-Mannose for my urinary tract health is a real bonus in this probiotic compared with others I have taken. I've previously taken Dong Quai Root, pomegranate extract, slippery elm bark, and Licorice Root as separate supplements for hormonal balance and am happy to have them in one supplement. Also happy to see the digestive blend (sometimes called a prebiotic) as the enzymes are key to help me digest foods in my gut. Pre/pro biotics have helped me reduce bloating and gas. So far, this product seems to be working well.The cost of these Happy Healthy Hippie probiotics was a bit shocking to me, and then I realized this is three times what I usually order - and so it's about the same value as other good quality probiotics that don't have all the extras for vaginal and urinary tract health. With 2 easy to swallow vegan capsules per day (I take these before my largest meal of the day). this supply with last 3 months.A lot of times products I review are so good that I end up ordering them on my own and this is one of those products I will order again. The ingredients and quality are well defined in the Amazon product and company page description and I have ordered from Happy Healthy Hippie before with good results for my health.

Has the lactobacillus and bifidobacterium that I look for in all my probiotics for women's health along with digestive enzymes and a blend for urinary tract health. Effective without being overkill, so great for women starting out to help their flora gently balance without uncomfortable transition symptoms. Easy to swallow in a small capsule.

Been wanting to find something to take regularly for vaginal health and these have been great. These are easy to swallow, and 2 are in a serving.
