Baking Sheet with Rack, HKJ Chef Large Stainless Steel Cookie Sheet with Cooling Rack for Cooking, Baking Oven Tray Pan, Size 24L x 16W x 1H inch

I bought a stainless steel gas grill a couple years back. I live right by the ocean, so rust is a problem. The grill was holding up well, but the drip tray under the burners was not stainless and rotted out completely. The grill would not get up to max temp and took longer to grill with a huge hole in the bottom. I was unable to get a replacement part as it was a cheap grill and didn't have good support. So after taking measurements I found this baking sheet which is the exact right size with some very minor grill modifications. It works wonderfully and now I can squeeze a few more years out of the grill. This tray is very well built and the metal is thick and has a great finish. I can tell this pan is going to far outlive the grill, so after I replace it this pan will go into general rotation. It is very large, so I would suggest you measure your oven before you purchase this to bake with.

This is a beautiful sheet pan. By beautiful, I mean the weight is substantial, the rims are finished well and it doesn't buckle, but I didn't purchase it for baking. The water here is pretty hard, causing a lot of scaling, so I bought this easy-to-clean SS pan to replace the black plastic tray that came with the rack. I can't speak to it's baking goodness, but I offer than it more than likely it would produce great baked goods, if I were to use it in that way. This is a quality item.

This is a great pan. Fits my normal size oven to the edges but with enough wiggle room. Fits lots of food. They’re shiny and haven’t lost their luster. I always cook with the Matt in them even if using a rack. They did fine in the dishwasher too. They do buckle in heat 400 degrees and up but pop right back as it cools. Doesn’t take but a couple minutes. If using a lot of liquid, just beware of that. I haven’t had a mess so far.

Although yhis tray was huge and didn't fit my oven, i must say this tray did look durable and can handle lots of cooking time. Just make sure you take the measurement and double check before you buy.

Bought this to use as a custom grease tray for my bbq grill. Shipping was fast and product was better than expected. Way better quality than the cheap metal that the original grease tray was made from on my grill. I dont believe I would ever need to replace this again but if I did I would definitely buy again. As for cooking with it, i do not have any experience but I have no doubt it would work fantastic

This baking sheet is large, easy to clean and sturdy. I notice that it fill warp when heat is applied and regain non-warped shape once removed from heat. I am happy with the purchase and would buy this again.

This should have been double thick. It warps in the oven and comes to shape on cooling. I dont mind "at all" paying double the price of the tray BUT it should have been double thick. To reduce the cost they make it thin. They dont realize there is market for "the best" quality item as well and people are willing to pay more. The best thing I found was that size is PERFECT. It covers the entire area inside the oven and which is what I wanted.

I bought this item without realizing the size.It fits in my oven but it doesn't fit in my kitchen sink or my dishwasher.If I used it, and I haven't, I would need to wash it in the bathtub.I threw away the box and haven't found another box to send it back so I'm stuck with it.It is a very nice product.

I love this product for baking cakes and meat likes chicken and fish. It's a good size and I am very satisfied of it.
