I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Amazon and Boult Audio. Despite their promise of a 7-day replacement policy, my request was not fulfilled within the time frame. Boult Audio does not have a service center in Pune, which adds to the inconvenience. They asked me to courier the product, which takes an additional 8-10 days, causing further delays and wasting my time. This is unacceptable, as customers rely on brands to provide prompt and reliable after-sales service.The lack of responsiveness from both Amazon and Boult Audio is extremely frustrating. The process is overly complicated, with no local service centers, poor communication, and no accountability. Customers should not have to struggle to get a replacement for faulty products within the promised time frame. This experience has shown that both Amazon and Boult Audio fail to prioritize customer satisfaction and do not honor their own policies.As a customer, I expected better from such reputed platforms and brands. This poor service is a clear indication of their lack of commitment to quality and customer support. I urge Amazon and Boult Audio to take responsibility, streamline their processes, and provide the service they promise. Until then, I cannot recommend either to anyone."

The is very excellent quality and very expensive product for very low cost .They have a sleek design and fit comfortably in my ears product at this price and performance is excellent and battery life is amazing and it is verycomfortable and call quality is very good and its support fast charging and easy to use. The sound quality is impressive and punchy bass.The touch controls are intuitive, Thanks Amazon for delivery on time.

Do not buy this. It is very delicate and broke after a very small impactPlay hours are okay but if you have a kid at home this is not for you it's so delicate that it breaks just by holding it
