There are lots of recipes in this book...but these are cut and pastes from other sites and aren't edited out. For example, P. 27 the Topical rum and coke gelato has you churn the ingredients in a ice cream maker for 25 minutes. Or on page 27 Kaffir Lime gelato you need a yonanas. Ugh. Try else where. It's not a complete waste of money, but....

Good recipes, but this is for the American Market. Some of the ingredients are named different and measurements are different to the UK. But the Beer and Lime sorbet is emence!

Good value for money and so many different treats to make for the family

Very tasty recipes for those who have a Ninja Creami Ice Cream maker.

Not worth buying. Includes recipes for Cuisinart and other machines including some expensive banana squashing machine!!! Copy and pasted recipes and obviously put together in a hurry. Would not recommend this book.
