I have a lot of safety razors and had zero expectations with this one for the price. I use Merkurs and QShave religiously, Merkurs for 21 years.This is heavy, decent build quality and if you use a good blade (Feather or Gillette 7 O Clock) it gives a fantastic shave.I was prepared for it to be utter crap.I was utterly gobsmacked.Do NOT use with Astra blades due to the fact that they will drag.

The case is ok and it is what I wanted. The razor is very poor quality, the cap and base plate do not align. After 1 shave the handle came loose. On inspection it has threaded. Going in the bin.

Shaver delivered today, quick delivery, easy to insert blade and had a good shave, only downside is that the blade slightly protrudes at each end

High quality and heavy razor.This is a brilliant razor for anyone wanting to get a close and irritation free shave.If you havent used this type before it's a bit tricky but when you've got the angle right it's the closest shave ever. The blades are cheap to buy and honestly the leather pouch it comes in is great for when you're on the go.

Old school razor...will make an amazing present...comes in a leather case.. razor nice and weighty...nicely made just unscrew top to put blade in....not big and bulky ..and perfect for that real close shave..does not come with blades but easy to buy..perfect for travelling..great buy

Great razor, first time I've used one like it and works great for me. Good weight to it so feels decent to shave with, no razor burn and glad I made the change to this kind. Nice little case too!

Nice bit equipment. Was really just seeking to purchase a good case so the razor itself was a bonus. Not used the razor but I will give it a try in due course.
