Very happy with the purchase. Worth the investment - durable grips. I don’t use the finger holes as it is slightly less comfortable but so far so good!

Used them a couple of times and they seem great. Like having glue on your hands. I tend not to use the finger holes. Hopefully they will survive the test of time

Update 2020: So I got 2 years outta these grips. And now they are starting to tear. Amazing value as I’ve watched my CrossFit friends buy other brands and none have lasted longer than bear komplex. I’m back on amazon to buy another pair. 👍🏼Review: These grips are superb. I know everyone’s different but I have only ripped once since using them. Very light weight. I don’t use the holes (personal preference) so I kinda wish I had went for the larger size because of this.

Had these a few months and they are by far the best grips I have had for bar work ie pull ups, toes to bar. Perfect fit and good value for money. Would definitely recommend them and they are a popular choice amongst many folk I train with for rig workouts.

Great handgrips used for CrossFit. They fit well and are very comfortable. The strap around the wrist is quick to adjust so you dont need to take them off when changing exercises as you can move them easily around your wrist to free up your grip if needed quickly.

Run small. My hands are 4 inches and I bought a size S but there was no room to fold the grips under my hands or even straighten them.

Ive been looking for grips for a long time and spent money trying other brands. These are more expensive than others but worth the price. I use them for ring or bar work (pull ups, toes to bar) and high volume barbell work.
