It doesn't roll very well over a brick service, it actually loss a chunk out of the back wheel, I used the wagon for grocery shopping. No good for any rough surfaces. I only used once one wheel no good.Quality not good, This is the second one I purchased the wheel was bad now this one

Box was way too large for the item. It was tumbling all around upon delivery. It was clearly used when I opened it also. One out of three of the wheels was already locked in place, the other 3 I could not get to lock into place, they would just rest there making it difficult to sit the wagon upright and properly use. Will be returning for a different brand. Overall it is sturdy and my dog was immediately ready to jump on in. :)

The media could not be loaded. Extremely sturdy, as the advertisement suggests! Great quality! Absolute value for money! Definite ease of use! Foldability and Functionality top notch. Very compact! Can stay right in the trunk of my car until needed and won’t take up much space. Finally, the fold down side option and weight capacity is the reason we chose this wagon above others it will fit our camping chairs with ease!This is my first review of this caliber but I had to share. Don’t question, purchase!!!I cannot wait for this summer!!! I love free outdoor community activities with the family but lugging all of our chairs the cooler etc takes it toll! I bought this to help with grocery shopping. It was easy enough to put together, but I put a back wheel on backwards so I needed to remove it to turn it around. Once you snap it in, it doesn't release unless you break it. I didn't realize the locking mechanism was broken so the wheels wouldn't stay in. I used the carrier to take it to the grocery store and it wasn't until I was loading my groceries in it to walk home that I realized two of the wheels were missing. They fell out in my living room and I didn't hear them fall out. Since I only had two wheels it was quite a comedy show trying to pull the groceries home. I ended up breaking the handle off because the basket kept turning over. I'll donate it to the Salvation Army and I'll repurchase. Just make sure you have everything like it needs to be before assembly and you'll be fine.

I bought this wagon on January 17, 2025. Started using it a few days later. As of today, 4/4/2025, it's unusable. One of the rear tires would not stay on no matter what I did and now it's just gone. Not sure what happened to it or when but it's gone. Was not worth the price - nice idea, poor execution. I need something bigger, stronger, and more rugged. In the trash it's going.

It doesn’t enough to have less than 200lbs. Welding is broken. It is less than 30 days and I want to replace a one wheel only.But I'm happy with its replacement complete new one.

I gave this 2 stars because only 2 wheels stay on. The rear wheels fall off - they don’t click into place like designed. They’ll get epoxied in to fix it, but kind of sucks to have to repair an obvious design flaw like that.The handle is also a bit shorter than I’d like at 6’1”.I can’t seem to figure out how to contact the company.
