The 20 oz size is the right size for my needs. I like that the cups and its parts are dishwasher safe and I wanted the lower profile cups because they fit better in the dishwasher, but are also easier to wash by hand. There are graduations on the inside of the cups for measuring liquid. The carabiners provided are helpful for clipping to my bag if I need my hands free (hopefully they are stainless). The plastic used for these cups is thick and sturdy. My only complaint is that the flip top on the spout can be hard to close and doesn’t “snap” closed in a way that feels “for sure” closed, if that makes sense. I shook my shake all over me the first time and made a mess, lol. I definitely learned my lesson and made doubly sure the cap was closed completely thereafter. I’m glad to have the multicolor set so we can tell the difference between our cups. These will definitely get a lot of use. Overall, I recommend this product and would order again.

Edit: I just realized today that the screen goes in concave (point down). I was inserting it the other way, which requires a bit of adjustment to fit correctly. Just check the pictures!Original post: I make protein shakes nearly every day and I like these shaker cups. This simple but innovative design is certainly quieter than the metal wire ball and other variations, although it's not a bother to me because I live alone. I also like the colors. The only thing I don't like about these is it takes a bit of fumbling with to nest the screen just right inside the cup. It would be nice if there were a little notch or maybe an arrow or other indicator to show you just where to place the screen instead of a few seconds of trial and error. Even still, I like these better than my other cups, they seem to do a really good job of breaking up and mixing powder. The price is decent too.

I ordered these bottles for some meal prep that I do. I use a Keto shake product which works best of I make them in advance. I mix up a couple of batches and pour them into these shaker bottles to pop in the fridge for a grab and go meal in the morning. I like that there is this screen insert instead of the shaker ball for this type of shake. I blend a batch in the freezer but having this screen for continuing to shake and blend while I'm drinking is really nice. Easy to clean. And the included carabiners are a nice addition. They are not attached which is nice so you can decide if you want them on or not.

I really hate having to use the shaker bottles with the metal ball as it rattles around, is loud and doesn't always work. These Smartshake Protein Shaker Bottle for Protein Mixes - 4 Pack are very functional, convenient and sturdy. First things first: these bottles are short and stout, yet still holds 20oz, more than enough for me. And the mixer "net" did a great job of eliminating lumps. While the shaker lid fits on securely, the flip-top spouts are hit or miss, meaning that not all "snap" on tight. Of the four I received, only 1 tended to open up if you were clipping this to your backpack. Otherwise, it's nice and portable.I recommend placing a finger or thumb on the flip top when mixing just to make sure the top doesn't come undone to avoid any leakage. Overall, the Smartshake bottles are a great alternative to the ball shakers.

These are very handy hold roughly 14 ounces. Perfect for my pre-workout and protein shakes. These are short and wider. Still have a nice feel in hand. Great colors and durable. They mix well with the screen they come with. The flip tip secures really secure. I like them and I appreciate the quality that went into making these. I highly recommend.

I like that it has a built in blender inside the lid and that it’s removable for easy cleaning. The colors are very nice. Both my husband and I can use these.
