I haven’t used it for yoga yet- but it sure does give my back a good cracking! My back didn’t hurt when I unboxed this wheel, but figured, what the heck, why not? So I gave my back a little roll. My back went “ skrrrahh, pap, pap, ka-ka-ka. Skidiki-pap-pap, and a pu-pu-pudrrrr-boom. Skya, du-du-ku-ku-dun-dunPoom, poom”.Tried it again later in the day. Same results. Now I don’t have to bother my husband constantly and make him crack my back.10/10 would buy again.

I'm a dude, there's a stigma with dudes doing yoga stuff... I don't care. I bought this on a suggestion from my physical therapist (my back is destroyed), and boy oh boy. This guy combined with a foam roller and one of those rigid massaging rollers, and my back feels way better! This works real good for the spot up between your shoulder blades. Crack snapple pop! She's a good'n.

I have a bad back from military service and have spent way too much of my life in a chiropractors office. So I often look of other products to reduce pain in my neck and back. I have seen a few products like this one that are odd and I was worried it would end up in the closet as another thing I have tried that did not work but let me tell you this thing is awesome!!First day I used it I rolled my back across it and it popped my whole upper back! It was amazing!! The width is perfect for the spine and it helps to relax parts of my back that I have the worst issues with. It is also solid and sturdy! I am a big guy and this thing did not even wobble or flex at all. Very well made and I am glad I spent the money on it.

Helped my back problem...at first it seemed like torture....but afterwards I felt better. Takes some practice..and if you have long hair..put it up..on top of your head..just fyi.

I waited a wile to write this review. But this Yoga Wheel is amazing! I have issues with my shoulders due to a chiropractor mistake and have been looking for anything that helps the tightness in my upper back. And this does just that!Also, if any one is worried about weight I’m in the lower 200s and this doesn’t even make a squeak or move when My full weight is on it. I’ve had other Yoga wheels say they would handle my weight plus a good 100 pounds that have snapped on the fist time rolling on to them.Caution:Be carful going onto the wheel and take it slow it may feel uncomfortable at first but it will feel more and more comfortable as time goes on.

I wanted to like this yoga wheel, I really did. It felt generally unstable and after only a week the padding started coming off at the seam. The padding was also very thin. As I said, I wanted to like it, but it just didn’t do the trick. Returned and got my refund within 24 hours. Use this info as you please, I’m sure results may vary.

I was looking for a less expensive alternative to the Chirp yoga wheel. Of the 3 that I tried, I liked this one the best but still returned it in favor of the Chirp based on comfort and stability. The foam on this one was second best to the softness of the Chirp and the sturdiness of the construction was just as good as Chirp. It was not stable enough for me. When I used it on carpet, it would never stay directly under my spine. I even fell over twice because it migrated so far away from center. It was better on a hard floor but that was not comfortable for other reasons. This is a pretty good yoga wheel, but for $15 more, I preferred the Chirp.

Great for back pain and it also helps me stretch. I have upper and lower back problems and been seeing a chiropractor for a couple of months now with short lasting effects sense I got these I find myself getting down on the floor more easy and moving a lot better not to mention back pains are getting much better lower back pain nearly gone completely sciatica pain gone! Upper back getting much better I thought for sure I had a herniated disk but thanks to these 2 wheels I am getting my life back and learning yoga who would have known it would help a 56y male with chronic pain pains

The wheel is amazingly durable and helps a lot with posture correction including removing back-aches and making me more flexible. There are no uncomfortable spots as such on the entire wheel and the outer coating makes it much more comfortable to use when working out .

This product is excellent for stretching out the back
