Goon (The Cartel Publications Presents) Paperback – Box set, August 11, 2014

There were certain things that I couldn't get passed in this book. I know for a fact that 4'4 isn't that short. There were a couple of little people at my high school that were about that height or shorter and they could still do the things average sized people could do with ease. I didn't like that the dog wasn't in the book very long for Bay to literally been raised by wolves. I didn't like how there still isn't very much character development. All of a sudden Bay is a killer and yoko is a drug dealer/hoe/thief/gangsters. There wasn't a true transition and there wasn't anything that made either of their characters true to me. Please play by the faith of showing and not telling. I want to believe thesecharacters are who they are based off their experiences and thoughts, not because t styles wants me to believe it. T Styles you're my girl and I care about the quality of your work. You've already proved that you have a grand imagination and are a good writer show me that you can change the literary game by giving us a piece of work that changes our lives and makes us think not just some good entertainment for the day. Did I enjoy this book? Yes. Do I expect better from one of my favorite authors? All day long.

What a story. I felt as though it was two books in one. The story about Yokohama and the one about Roman. Roman definitely proved herself to be Goon. The story begins with Roman losing her entire family and then remains in the house along with only the dog for over a month without any food. Then a man rescues her who happens to be an addict. He uses her to make money once he discovers that she is a girl and not a boy. He gets her to kill by telling each of the victim was responsible for killing her family. Her mother loved her and gave her anything she wanted. She meets Yokohama who believes Marie is her biological mother and Marie's family is her family. They abuse Yokohama and use her as she is a dwarf. When Roman meets Jackson everything changes. The curve ball is Jackson is a serial rapist. It is definitely on when Roman's son, Sailor is kidnapped, Murder and mayhem. Excellent book. Waiting on book 2. What happens with Owen, he was loyal and cared about Roman.

Totally Twisted Mama T. Styles has done it again with her creation of Roman a killer chameleon who you won't see coming and Yoko the wanna be gangsta midget trekking along on her souped up wheels! Only Author T. Styles and her twisted imagination could come up with a duo so intriguing. This book left me speechless on so many levels starting at Page 1. Her inclusion of characters from her series Pretty Kings was a pleasant surprise for true fans such as myself. If you haven't had the opportunity to know the story of The Kennedy Family then I suggest you download and get your read on now...as for Goon you won't be disappointed! It is a page turner until the end and Mama T has a lil bit of everything for the Twisted Soul. I'm still shuddering at the thought of someone walking up on me and whispering in my ear the words.....GOOOOONNN! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!!

Okay so before I begin, I think this is my new favorite T.Styles book! Prior to this being my favorite it was Black & Ugly, Shyt list, Queens of DC and Silence of the Nine. When I first started reading this book I had no idea the kind of twist, turns, pain, anguish and hardships this character would go through from such a small child. My heart ached every other page for Goon. What I also enjoyed about this story is the fact that T.Styles knows how to develop a story and other characters from some of her other books make a special appearance. (Oh that part was good!!!!!!) I don't know if the author plans on writing a part 2 but I would love to see Goon appear in another book. Her talents are too awesome for just one book.

At first in the beginning I'm like we're this book going . I kind of wish bay family would have survived the robbery . I wanted to know who did it .. Billy should have been killed sooner such a scumbag I hated he used that goons family got killed to make her kill people .. So glad she met jackson wished his mom would have came around to liking roman she was such a rich bitch . Yoko erked me too she could have had a friendship if she didn't run her mouth so much she never learned either .. I wish yoko would have gave Daisey a chance .. So glad that sailor returned home safely .. The pretty kings appeared and it made me excited cause denims blues is on it's way good good ending the middle end really poured me in ..

GOON was GOOD, I wouldn't call this a thriller but as a KILLER GOON didn't hesitate!!!!!.....I stalked AMAZON waiting on it's release and finished under 24 hours of starting, lol.,.....kind of slow at 1st but once it got going BAM!!..... it was drama filled, very much so entertaining line 4 line some shyt was going on (and we not gonna say what Mr. Jackson was doing within the CHAOS, No No No!).....I was engaged in all the crazy that was poppin nonStop, and not 2 mention the secrets revealed in that damned building.....and The Pretty Kings, their presents was known BEASTmode style!!....I'm MAD it ended.....I mos def wanna read more about BAY*ROMAN*GOON.......gr8t job TSTYLES.....5 star BANGER Wicked Mother!!INSTAGRAM: CYPJUS4MEKeep'em ComingT.Styles

Unlike most of her books this one takes a minute to really get into it but never fails it is beyond imagination and one of the best I have read.

OMG, this is yet another one of T Styles best works of art. This book was sooo good, it made you feel like you were actually there as you read the story. T Styles imagination is sooooo amazing it made it hard to put my iPad down until I was finished the entire book. T Styles ceases to amaze me Goon not only had a jaw dropping storyline but she incorporated characters from her other novels so smoothly it seemed like a movie in the making....hint hint. If you have not read any of T Styles books now is a good time to become familiar with this Author's work. T Styles is a phenomenal author!!!!!
