I would recommend this product I use it for both my toddlers since birth. This product is great after my kids get a diaper rash I use it right away and it goes away the next day. The other creams helped for the first few weeks but vitacilina is amazing cream has not let me down and I been buying it constantly to prevent any serious diaper rash. And it’s the only location where I can buy it Walmart does not have it,frys or safeway as far is I know

My newborn had the worst rash and we tried multiple creams that didn’t seem to clear it up until my brother recommended this, I will continue to repurchase. It’s a little pricey for the amount of product but worth it and it smells really good.

Best of the best all I can say

I have been using this through all of my 3 boys who 2 of them always seemed to have butt burning diarrhea. I recently moved out of CA where this was readily available at the Mexican markets, but in PA cant find it. SO I was very happy to see that I could buy from Amazon. And it is about same price as in store around $4 and I waited till I had enough items to get the free super saver shipping. Makes rash go away over night. Its also good on bug bites.

I first bought this at a store in South Texas, now that I've moved up north I had to come here to buy it. It is the BEST ointment! It smoothes on nice and then it gets sort of powdery, I can trust it really absorbs moisture. It is just basic but very amazing and works so good, its a shame most people dont know about it. This stuff is awesome!

This is the only stuff that worked on my little ones. Having diaper rash on a little babies bum is tough to handle. the little ones are just figuring this out only to have their bum hurt...Still, this cream worked wonders. First application of this and the rash goes away.Now, it's really hard to find in store now...
