I ordered two of these and supplied pictures, pictures of our cat and dog that both passed away this year, ordered as kind of commemorative memories of them for the Christmas tree this year. They did take a long time to arrive, but came before Christmas, in time, and was well worth it! They are beautiful, Actually ceramic- not cheap feeling, have a little bit of weight to them. Photos turned out lovely and the whole family was surprised and enjoyed them on the tree. Only criticism I would give is that when you can design it when ordering you can add words, I added the names of my pets, and you can move them around to where you want them, tilt them and such, which I did- chose my positioning, and when they arrived, the pet names were not in the position- tilted, and on the side like I had designed it, they were just Put on straight level- horizontally, which looks fine too, but it was not how I designed it. So maybe that is some kind of glitch, just be aware of it. But the photos look just like I designed them, and they are clear and perfect! Highly recommend. nice keepsakes to have.

Every year for Christmas I gift multiple people with custom photo Christmas ornaments. Every year I use different places Costco London drugs Walmart Shutterfly Zazzle etc. this year I placed all my orders and then inadvertently forgot one ornament so I looked on Amazon saw this seller and decided to give it a shot. The ornament arrived and because it was a gift I opened it to make sure that everything looked okay and I was in shock. Not only was it package beautifully to give as a gift but the photo quality was impeccable of the probably hundreds of ornaments I've ordered from all different retailers I've never seen quality this good in my life I was so happy. Upon gifting this ornament my friend phoned me and asked me where I purchased it from as she wanted to order multiple more because the quality was the best she had ever seen so I then placed a second multiple order for her. I then had a friend whose mother went into hospice and was given less than 24 hours to live so I placed an order for her and in the notes I put this to the seller knowing that it's Christmas and asking if there's any way that they could rush it which they did and I am eternally grateful. So not only is the quality fantastic the gift packaging is amazing but the seller's customer service is exceptional. I will be buying all of my ornaments from the seller going forward and you should too! Also the editing process is extremely simple. I cannot thank you enough!
