theres no actual shine or sparkle as the design is fully printed on 2D not 3D. The material is suprisingly soft and has a good stretch to it. I bought as a gag gift with some cool Elvis sunglasses to go with it. I actually love how soft this is, would be a great COMFORTABLE halloween idea for those with sensory issues or who just want to keep it simple yet effective.

The sleeves are a little tight on my forearms, but the material is stretchy and works just fine.
