I would have give this screen 5 stars. I received this screen on August 9, 2016. I was skeptical about the condition of the screen when I opened the box based on some of the reviews. However, the screen was not damaged at all. There was no strong smell as some reviews noted. Today (August 11, 2016) I had someone install the screen on the wall which was extremely easy.I pulled the screen down and now I CAN'T GET IT TO ROLL BACK UP. This means I cannot use the dry erase board that's behind the screen. I need a screen for an August 13, 2016 presentation. I don't know what I'm going to do. The dry erase board is too shiny for my PowerPoint presentation. This is why I decided to order a screen. I'll return for another one and see what happens.

Been using this screen for almost a year. Still goes up and down like new and I love that functionality. It's also the exact size I wanted. But as for it being an actual screen? It's been a huge letdown. The screen came out of the box with ripples that are extremely distracting. I had hoped that after owning it for a while it'd smooth out but it's stayed the same. Don't make the same mistake. If you do order this and it's not perfectly smooth, it's not going to get any better.

Screen is pretty decent for the price you pay. The border is a little uneven all the way around but eh, its like a 1/2 inch off, who cares. 84 inches of big screen awesome. Hangs easily, pulls down easily, not an eyesore. We love it and the picture is great.

These screens are very cheap. They do not lock when you pull them down and when they do, they get stuck and you have to take the screen down and manipulated the gravity lock to retract the screen. Very disappointed. I bought three of these of my classrooms. Every one of them has the same defect. They do not lock when you pull the screen down. Don't waste your money.

does not stop at all the locations advertised. I can only get it to stop at two places really. maybe user error though.

I had a great experience with this screen and had it for 3 months.. its my first one so im sorry i cant compare to other ones

We purchase this screen for classroom use. After installing it, we tested it out with a PowerPoint presentation and a video clip. The screen is easy to pull down and raised up. I don't know about the durability long term, but it is very responsive when tugged. The quality is good. The projected images and video looked great as well. I would recommend this screen if you are able to install it on a wall.

I have an elite screen fix screen that I have been using for 5yrs with no problems. So when I was thinking about setting up a screen outside on the deck. I decided this screen was the perfect fit.I decided to purchase the 4:3 because it just fit the space better.

Very good screen! Cheap but worth every penny. Slow rise screen return so don't have to worry about it banging. Could use a little more descreet mounting hardware but that's minor.

Entry level screen that do the job for the price.
