My Babiie Billie Faiers Deluxe Cream Luxury Changing Bag

I love that this bag has so much room , I haven’t got to use it yet as my baby is not here but it came really fast which was good , the bottle holder is great .The bag is actually darker in person it’s more of a lemon cream . Not a white cream which was disappointing as I wanted a white cream like the picture advertised.Although this product was new the changing mat that came with the bag came stained with black marks across it inside the fabric which is very visible . But I won’t be using that anyway but otherwise quality is perfect

Nice bag but all the stitching is loose so unsure how long it will last. Isn’t very well made and doesn’t sit properly in the Pram.

My daughter is due in 3 weeks, she fell in love with this changing bag so I bought it for her.. the description says cream but the Zig Zags on it are like Hi Viz Yellow and it looks awful. Not only that but the bag was delivered with a 4-5cm Slit in the actual bag and the outer clear bag.. clearly done by a stanley knife. I contacted the company and submitted a claim to return, they have requested 4 lots of pictures from me so far and still have not said how/when I can return it. Absolutely rubbish customer service and a cheap and flimsy product that is definitely not as described. Dont bother!
