The media could not be loaded. The door viewer is easy to install just remember to keep the direction sticker on until you are connected up the other side of the door, mine was a replacement for the original peephole so it was a case of using the included tool to loosen and pop that out, then selecting the correct length adapter, the data cable goes through the adapter tube and clips onto the inside of the viewing box, when your sure everything is positioned correctly for viewing, tighten it all up and position the mounting plate your side of the door and insert the screw. It is very easy.In my case I was trying to do the replacement covertly and super fast so my neighbours wouldn’t know, (its an apartment and we all have a standard peephole) So I rushed to take the direction sticker off before placement and had a little fiddling about after to position perfectly but it was easy enough to correct. It is a tiny bit bigger than my neighbours peepholes but you would only notice if you were really nosey.The picture is very good in a motion sensor lighted hallway, when the hallway is dark the picture is still good but it is not night vision capable, the door viewer is not motion sensitive or able to record, (so no data breaches) but if I was worried about a nuisance caller I would use my phone camera to record the interactions on the door viewer.I’ve had the door viewer installed for about 6 weeks now and did recently get a drunk visitor of a neighbour ring my doorbell at 12:45am, The door viewer gave me the confidence to get rid of him without having to open the door or get too close to the door and me and my partner were both able to see who it was instead of taking turns at a traditional peephole.I would recommend this door viewer to apartment dwellers who like me worry a more obvious peephole would annoy or concern their neighbours and I think it would help a vulnerable child or physically/visually impaired person feel more secure in the homePictures include lighted and minimally hallway lighted view

Very easy to install picture quality is good for the size of screen battery life I can’t comment as not been installed long but I don’t except any problems.
