What's more to say?!I found Lee and the customer sales team to be very empathetic towards me needs and follow up. Delivery was spot on - next day to ensure i had it for the weekend to use.As for the product?I am about to test it in the local town, but at the moment, awesome bit of kit. It's as heavy as youd expect a scooter to be! At 27kg its positively lightweight compared to the 45kg non foldable ones.As to it's ease of use: definitely easy to use, fold/unfold. I am in early stages of mnd and bought this as a stepping stone for my mobility issues, although i have reduced muscles (with help) i can still fold it effectively. It fits nicely in my hatchback boot.Its always worth noting that when in situations like mine, help must always be sought just to keep safe. I would likely struggle in the not too distant future on my own. It is a heavy thing to lift into the car but it does weight 27kg! (What do you expect?)I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.*EDIT*after having it for nearly 6 months, I can happily still say all is good.My only real criticism is that it has no suspension which means you feel every bump. That however really is it, it is like that to save weight. The charge certainly holds up to spec advertised. I have put a picture up to show size in context of a seat car.

Ok for when your struggling with walking guide heavy takes 2 people to lift into car quite good tho.

This scooter is an extremely useful aid to me being able to get around and go shopping and for appointments. It is really useful and very easy to use. I am extremely pleased with my purchase.

I bought this so I can go out in the car and I didn't have to use my wheelchair.

I use my fold up mobility scooter to go shopping it is so easy just to fold it down and put it in the boot of the car as it doesn't take much room up it fits in the boot nice and neatly and so easy to put it together again ready to go shopping the battery is really good to

Its great for the car etc But and its a Big But to me no Key its a Button so come out the shop its Gone

Purchased this scooter for my husband. We are both extremely pleased with it.Fantastic customer service from Lee, very helpful.Scooter arrived earlier than expected which was good.Very easy to fold down, easy an comfortable to operate.Would highly recommend this scooter

Excellent quality for the price. Eady to assemble and fold. It is a little heavy but that was fully explained by the sellers before despatch. A lighter model is much much more expensive.
