This is a great product and alternative to those hugely expensive hearing aides, sadly it just did not work for me. My hearing was/is too far gone and I ended up at Costco for double aides. BUT again, this is great starter!

I purchased this item a little over one year ago and bought an extended warranty which just expired. Battery recently not keeping a charge and cannot be replaced. Contacted the company and was told they would replace the whole item for $150. The device was very helpful and no problems when it worked properly. No buzzing or odd noises. Disappointed that for the price it only lasted a little over one year.

Do not buy! Customer service for this product is horrendous. Yes, the amplifier worked well for seven months. It did change my life as a previous reviewer said. However, after seven months, it stopped working altogether. I was told of course, that I was past my warranty (six months). After asking to speak to a supervisor, they told me that they would "extend" the warranty. However, they wouldn't send me a new one until I sent back my old one. I have been without it now for two weeks and it may take another two weeks before I have the new one in hand. For something that is really a quality of life product, that really is disappointing. When this one goes bad (and I may not have to wait long until that happens), I will be scouting the competition.

I have had acute hearing loss in my left ear for the past 20+ years. Had gotten to the point to where, when background noise was present, I was having to read peoples lips to fully understand what they were saying.I received this device yesterday and let it charge overnight.I put it on this morning and can tell you that my life has instantly changed for the better.It's literally impossible to know that I have it in my ear as it is as light as a feather.It's also small enough that it's almost completely undetectable by others.THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!This thing probably saved me thousands of dollars on a BIG DEAL hearing aid!

Had to return, defective

These work really great for my needs. I bought 2 sets! While one set is charging ,I have the other set on. Never without them except when I sleep.

last about three months and if you do not extended warranty you are out of luck.have bought 2 units and returned for new units about 4 times.Tired of fooling with them and out $600 plus price of extended warranty money.

Got this for my mom & she loves it!!
