These work great and make serving cut up meat super easy at family events or a dinner with friends. I would highly recommend these be added to your cooking tool shed so to speak.

OK, I'm not exactly "Mr. Meat". For me: having a large piece of meat to cook is a treat. I'm not roasting a whole turkey or a whole ham, carving off large slices and dispensing them to the plates of a whole family.That's probably what this fork is really intended to do.Why? Not only is it a (quite useful) meat fork. It also has a spring-loaded "pusher" that allows the person using the fork to "push off" a slice of meat without needing another utensil.Now, I've not been using the fork in that way. I've been using it to hold onto a large-ish slab of meat (a roast, or a pork loin, or a chicken breast) while I'm cutting (chopping, cubing) or transferring the piece of meat (for example: from cutting board to air fryer) or for when I'm inserting a thermometer into the meat.It works well for those sort of jobs...but those sort of jobs - at least, in the months that I've been using the fork - never cause me to want to use the spring-loaded "push off" part of the fork. The heavy pieces of meat I'm working with slide off the fork easily, without effort.And note that the springy-gadgety thing could, conceivably, be a little difficult to clean around. I've not had to do so, and that might be because I've not been using that feature.So with all that said, it's a fine meat fork. Here are the pros:- It's really heavy duty, and it's stainless. There's not a hint of rust after months of use, either washing by hand or in the dishwasher.- The tines are hefty (see pic) and smooth. It takes very little effort to push the fork into a slab of meat, including raw meat, whether it be chuck roast, chicken breast or pork loin. Similarly: a slab of meat will slide smoothly off the fork when the fork is held points-down.- Even just-roasted (very hot) meat does not heat up the handle. Maybe the handle would get hot if you set the fork on a grill - I don't know, because I don't do that. But it's stainless, so the fork ought to survive such treatment.

I absolutely love being able to just eject the food off the end. It's convenient while grilling or cooking to move food around easily. I keep one with our grill tools and one with our camping stuff.

A lot of thought went into this design. The spring loaded fork is very well made, but a bit on the heavy side for people that don't have as much hand strength with engaging the mechanism. Specifically pushing using the edge of the tab with your thumb as the metal does leave an indented impression after only a few attempts. I do like the fact that it can hold heavy pieces of meat & is dishwasher safe.

What an ingenious idea! It's certainly built to last. Made of high-quality stainless steel and with the ease that it allows me to carve meat and then serve it, I'm so sure, this serving fork it will be used over and over again in my household. Where I live, the weather allows us to grill outdoors many times a year. And often its meat, pork chops or chicken. This is why I'm so pleased to have discovered that this design of fork exists!I must admit, I do wish the tips of the fork were designed to be slightly thinner, then come to a sharp finish. But this is a minor detail, I won't use this against this product. Truth be told, I appreciate the helpful purpose of this awesome cooking tool! So much so, that I plan to get one for my sister and her family!

These work perfect for serving meat. It is easy to clean and is easier to handle meat to serve to guests and for cutting the meat.

This tool makes for a great carving fork. The spring-loaded serving tool makes it even more versatile. Stainless Steel construction makes it sturdy and dishwasher-safe, even better. Good value for the money.
