Perfect weight for me as a person with MS
I’m a 60 year old female with MS trying to improve my fitness. A 2kg weight was recommended by my physio and I chose this one as I can lift it easily with 2 hands to shoulder height. I’m pleased with it as part of my daily exercise.

Great kettlebell I'm a beginner with kettles and have just started a class so wanted my own equipment It is the right weight for now but probably have to buy a heavier bell in the future Easy to use
