Nutgrass is an ugly and awful weed - REALLY hard to get rid of. It has little underground tubers that just keep growing, growing and growing making it something you need to trat over and over again. BTY, it isn't bothered at all by Roundup. Ortho Nutsedge killer is the BEST answer that I have found after dealing with these dang weeds for over 10 years. It really works. Just finished my first 2 spray containers and bought 2 more bottles of it. Only caution - the spray nozzle is a 2 piece affair. The front is a snap in piece that can pop off and it does not do a great job without the intact nozzle. Not hard to replace but you need to be mindful of loosing it.

Hose attached spray bottle sloppy and messy to use , spray on off switch hard to work , got surprise explosion of spray everywhere including my fave , and bidy , had to shower immediately before proceeding again . . . get poison spray everywhere , it works well on the nutsedge but will kill or damage other plants as well . Chemical Worked well in my Bermuda grass eradicating the Nutsedge . Will try different user friendly approach next time .

This product is very effective in killing sedge grass. I didn't want to use the included sprayer since my sedge grass is spotty and I didn't want to risk killing a lot of good grass or wasting a lot of the product so I disconnected the spray top and estimated the dilution rate from the sprayer. It appears that the sprayer uses 3 oz of concentrate for every 2.5 gallons of water. I now use the concentrate in my garden sprayer and can treat the sedge grass more surgically. I could have used the Bonita concentrate available on Amazon (which I've used before) but it is more expensive for only 16 oz of concentrate. Of course, you need to exercise great care in taking apart the sprayer - use protective gloves, eyewear, etc.
