Works pretty good
But I am afraid of what might happen if my machine needle comes down hard on this. I also don’t know why there are two tips. One would be just fine, but that’s probably an individual choice. Other than that this tool works good for what it was meant for, to hold that fabric while sewing

Great sewing aid!
Just bought my third stiletto. I use them at my embroidery machine and my sewing machines. So helpful in avoiding needle sticks! Love em!

Happy I purchased
This is my first stiletto. I bought a different one that came in a set for my mother a couple years ago and she has commented often how it was her most used and loved tool in the sewing room. I finally decided I would purchase one for myself. I am glad I did...and I am glad I went with this particular one. I was unsure if I would like the double prongs...my mother's has only one...and I will admit the pink color had something to do with swaying me...But I have truly found the two prongs incredibly handy! I use both the flat prong and the pointed prong equally as often individually, but I use them both simultaneously the most often! I use it for sewing as well as ironing...and I may have used it a time or two to rescue pins from small crevices...and it hasn't failed me any of those times, lol!

Great for applique
This was a great tool to use when using fused pieces. i could lift parts of applique to slide under another piece or use when ironing down pieces and not burn my fingers. I am a tool person and saw a video on all the ways to use this tool so i ordered it for my sewing tool box. glad I did.

Wouldn't want to sew without it
I admit that I am a tool junkie. I head straight for the notions wall in every fabric store to see what's new. My motto is "The reason to buy any particular sewing tool is that you don't own it yet."So, of course I have acquired many tools and gadget over the years that have ended up unused, gathering dust or passed on to other tool junkies. And then there are the absolute gems, like this one. Of all the stiletto-type tools I have, this is by far my favorite. It's all about the two prongs. Both prongs are pointy, and one is flat. The combination makes for a really firm grip on the 1/4-inch seam allowance as you are stitching. It is my key to making my points pointy and making sure that seam allowances match up.

Very Useful
This has been a very useful tool--I used it a lot when sewing with fleece--holds the fabric nicely for sewing. It's also good to hold fabric when pressing a small area to keep fingers away from the iron. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the "pointy part" came out of the handle, and I had to glue it back in. Not a big deal--it's good as new.

Hard to sew without
Very handy tool. Keeps cloth straight. Works foot over across thick steams.

Good, but with limited use.
I like the idea of a two prong stiletto. It guides well the fabric when it goes underneath the foot. However, it is not very well made. If you need to put a little pressure the prongs will eventually become loose inside the handle. It has happened twice now. The first time, I contact the seller and they were very prompt in replacing it for me. But now the replacement is also coming loose. Therefore, I would only recommend it if you don't need to exercise pressure (i.e. help feed thick fabric under the foot). I decided to purchase an awl for that purpose.

Sesto dito
Molto comodo è come dice il nome un “sesto dito” aiuta a tenere il tessuto quando passa sotto il piedino della macchina per cucire.
