I've been purchasing and using Herb Pharm for many years. This memory tonic works well...I buy a bottle and take it whenever I find that my memory isn't as keen as normal. Excellent company, owned by the same folks who started it, loaded with integrity.

I was diagnosed with ADHD in childhood and Anxiety in adulthood. While trying to heal from my tumultuous past, I assumed I’d need to fight my parents to feel better but I reached for this instead. While it didn’t fulfill me as emotionally as fighting would’ve, I remained out of jail because this product did, however, fulfill me mentally.I’m almost done with my entire bottle at the time of writing this so I thought I’d weigh in on my findings:Pros:1. The clarity that reigned over my body within 20 minutes (big gal here, so that’s pretty fast) was unreal. I sat and watched TV without picking up my phone, I cleaned up without hesitation, and quite frankly, I did everything without hesitation. Felt like the anxiety guard that holds me against my will was no longer there. It was like watching the sunrise for the first time in a long time.2. With ADHD, your incomplete thoughts can sound like a practicing band camp and this quieted a lot of those as overlapping voices as well. I legitimately more relaxed and happier. Mental clarity as advertised.Cons:1. Taste like absolute sh*t. 0/10 for taste and this is coming from a fat person so you can trust me. Very, VERY rosemary-y and just a strong, nasty herbal-y flavor. Thank God I’m not taking it for the taste. I started mixing a full dropper or 2 with a full dropper of chlorophyll and about 4-8 oz of water. Take it raw or like this, don’t mix in other stuff, might completely change the flavor of what you’re drinking. Unless it’s a smoothie with banana in it. Bananas take over everything.2. It also started to become less and less reactive as I kept taking it. I assume either my tolerance shot up or all of my problems could no longer be fixed by just this liquid and I might have to strike my parents anyway.Might update this when I order a second bottle butuntil I can get my hands on prescription meds, this and additional mental care will hold me over. 8/10.

This is a great product - easy to use and makes drinking water more flavorful. It has a line taste which at first took getting used to but the benefits are amazing!

Understand this stuff dose not taste good. Don't put it under your tongue it burns. Hold your nose swallow quickly. It may make your nose run a bit and sneeze. It does go away after a bit. Not sure what it will do to your breath. Will update on effects in a few days.

I am more focused, alert, and can think clearly better then before.

Ladies! I took this product FAITHFULLY for a year and a half. I’m 50 and I noticed about a year ago my monthly cycles were going crazy. SUPER HEAVY!!! Like unbelievably heavy. I just thought it was menopause or undetected cancer because it was that bad. It was every month and AWFUL. I’m now low on ferritin. I took hormone tests, went on a hormonal diet, exercised, lost 25 pounds, tried so many different ways to stop it with no luck. I started thinking back to what changed. I started this product and Passionflower from this company at the same time. I also decided to research the two supplements. Right away, it said Ginko can cause bleeding and then I read menstrual bleeding!! I thought no way but I stopped only the Brain Boost that day. My next cycle came and not a lot of change so I thought… this isn’t it. I stayed off of it and my next cycle came and a HUGE difference from what I had been experiencing. 6 days and only 2 days being somewhat heavy but manageable. Now I’m 60 days over and still no cycle!!! This is unbelievable and I’m certain the Ginko in the product was causing my issues. I waited 3 months after stopping to post this review and without a doubt… this was NOT good for my monthly cycles. I’m so thankful I figured this out.Again, I was probably different than most because I FAITHFULLY took a dropper full every day for the last year and a half so it might not do this to someone taking it periodically.

I hardly leave reviews if I’ll be completely honest…but this right here is worth it. I’ve always had a sharp memory but as of the past year and a half or so, I find myself having a lot of brain fog, experiencing forgetfulness and it really messed with my mental health.I can’t help but believe that this is honestly life changing for me, and I’ve only started taking it no more than 3-4 days ago. My mental clarity is better than ever (and I’ve also taken fish oil supplements), and I feel more energy than I have in a while. I struggle with stress and anxiety but with this sudden boost of energy and enhancedcognitive thinking, I feel a lot more like myself again.This is purely just my experience, I haven’t had any noticeable side effects personally but I’m a healthy average 26 year old woman with hardly any allergies. The taste of the tincture is very much like rosemary so if you like rosemary, you’ll like this.For anyone who cares and is also a Starbucks fanatic, a few drops of this into a Mango Dragonfruit refresher +lemonade and you will get your entire LIFE, it is so good. I had to share.

I do t know how people can tolerate this solution that is mostly alcohol-50-60% of the product.The burn!!!! Even if you mix it in a smoothie or something ( which beats the purpose of getting it in a solution in dropper for sublingual application) it still upsets my sensitive stomach. They need to find something else to act as a preservative; I’m assuming that’s what the OH was for . It’s a no for me , waste of money cause I can’t take it . For those of you who can handle vodka … no probs
