Excellant Butter Dish
Keeps butter at a reasonable temperature, winter summer. We use two. One in use other ready to go in fridge, then swap over to clean and refill.Is effective at keeping butter solid, longer, during those very very hot summer days.Easy to clean using dish washer and stylish looks adds to the overall package.

Well made and nice looking.
Well made and a nice looking butterdish. I tend to leave it in the fridge until I want to use it and then take out a few minutes beforehand. The odd occasion I left it out of the fridge the butter went soft, but that was way back when we had some warm weather! I tend to find that butter goes soft anyway whatever receptacle is used. If you like to gave your butterdish not he table at mealtimes, this would it look out of place.

Already rusted
I bought this to replace my 15 year old Lakeland one that had sadly rusted at the bottom of the dish where the butter sits. This dish looked fancier but it is not deep enough and butter gets on the lid, making it messy to use. I’ve had this less than 6 months and the bottom (under the butter) has already rusted. Do not waste your money.

Beautiful
Absolutely beautiful. Keeps shine and hasn’t scratched yet. Only one thing that would make it nicer is if the lid was a bit more heavy. I was hesitant buying it because of the price but totally worth it.

Edle Butterdose
… die leider nicht ganz plan am Boden verarbeitet war und deshalb auf dem Tisch gekippelt hat. Ansonsten ist die Butterdose wie beschrieben doppelwandig, angenehm schwer, sehr schöne Haptik. Der Deckelrand ist mir leider etwas zu scharfkantig, evtl. ein Herstellungsfehler. Ein Stück Butter 250 g (deutsche Standardgrösse) passt perfekt hinein.Aufgrund der polierten Oberfläche lassen sich Fingerabdrücke nicht vermeiden, diese waren schon beim Auspacken zu sehen.
