Excellent gift
I ordered this as I thought it would be a bit of fun as a Christmas gift for my husband. Indeed we did have a great time calling him Lord, your worship, etc. Obviously we were aware this is not a legal title, but great fun all the same, although you do actually own a small plot of land.I must say the quality of the paperwork, certificates etc..and also the amount of information included goes beyond expectations.I would absolutely recommend this as a gift.
